Full of power and grace - a true masterpiece in bronze. One of the most influential sculptors of Mannerism: Giovanni da Bologna. He was the court artist of Duke Cosimo I de Medici. Late Renaissance, 16th century. The original is in the original: Liechtenstein, Princely Collection.

Like all of our sculptures, this one is made using the thousand-year-old lost-wax method (the lost-wax casting process) and then treated in a complex patina process in many steps.

Use a soft cloth or brush. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents as these can damage the patina. For a deeper cleaning, a mild soap solution can be used. To maintain the protective layer, it is recommended to occasionally treat the figure with a special wax for bronze. Do not store or place bronze figures in damp environments as this can encourage corrosion.
