He was the third child of the Milan-based furniture designer and brother of the automobile designer Ettore Bugatti.\n\n Rembrandt Bugatti met important artists at an early age in his parents' home, such as the Russian sculptor Pawel Trubetskoy, who recognized and promoted his talent from the beginning.\n \nFrom 1900, Rembrandt Bugatti studied at the Accedemia di Brera in the class of Pawel Trubetzkoy and quickly developed his own style, which was based on some features of impressionism.
